Traffic is now flowing smoothly with the long-awaited upgrade to the busy Metchosin Road and Latoria Blvd intersection! The new traffic signal is installed, active and will serve Colwood residents for many years to come. Led by Royal Bay, this major capital project is a successful partnership between the City of Colwood, Royal Bay and Royal Beach.
