On May 6th and 7th, GableCraft Homes had an exciting Grand Opening Event to introduce Southlands, a new community at Royal Bay! At the pre-launch luncheon, GableCraft Homes welcomed local Realtors to their HomeStore to share the inside scoop before the general public release. This was an opportunity for local Realtors to get a sneak peek at the new community and learn more about the unique features and amenities that make the Southlands at Royal Bay such an attractive option for homebuyers.
During the Grand Opening Event over the weekend, visitors were able to learn more about Southlands, speak to the GableCraft Homes sales team, and tour two new show homes, the Lincoln and the Markham. The event was a huge success, with an amazing turnout of interested homebuyers and curious community members!
