Royal Bay and the City of Colwood’s third annual Easter Hunt at Meadow Park was a success! The event brought together over 1,000 Royal Bay and Colwood residents to enjoy a fun-filled day of activities and entertainment.
Kids of all ages enjoyed exciting activities including an egg hunt that kicked off the morning, followed by numerous family-friendly events such as cookie decorating hosted by the Royal Bay Bakery, bouncy castles by Funtime Inflatables, and visiting the information tent hosted by the Royal BC Museum. Activities also included a Children’s Creation Station by West Shore Parks & Recreation community events team and Four Frames Photos, sponsored by Cascadia Liquor, captured portraits throughout the day. The party lasted all day with the Hop ’Til You Drop dancefloor hosted by Chris Poynter.
But that’s not all! The event also featured both L’Authentique Poutine and Burgers and Kattia’s Kitchen food trucks supplied delicious treats throughout the day.
The Royal Bay Easter Event provided the perfect opportunity for the community to come together and celebrate – we can’t wait to host it again next year!
Thank you to all our sponsors, including Megson FitzPatrick, Cascadia Liquor, GableCraft Homes, and the City of Colwood for making this exciting event a possibility, as well as the Royal Bay Highschool volunteers and St. John Ambulance for helping ensure the day ran smoothly.
